Ok, so can you say "coolest pony o.c. ever!"
This is Starry Night. He's gone through a bit of a design change since my first doodle of him -->[link]
Starry Night is a postal worker, specialized in over-night deliveries all across Equestria.
He's actually an earth pony, but had magical wings implanted in his back so he could fly. His wings give off fire whenever he flies, which is the reason he's allowed to fly across Equestria at night. As he flies his wings burn and give off a light that wards off any evil creaturs that come out at night. During the night, if he's flying fast enough, he ends up looking like a shooting star.
The bracers on his legs are also magical and allow him to walk on clouds, even though he's only an earth pony.
StarryNight's mark is two stars. His mark will also glow during the night. You can see how it relates to his career choice.

I've noticed now after looking around, that quite a few original ponies share this name. If it's bothering you that I used this name after you, I'll be sure to change it. But I wanna make make sure before I go through that work. Would you rather I go with something else(I've already come up with a few others), or do you not really care if his name is the same. If it's bothering you in any way, it's really no trouble for me to switch it. I don't want you to feel like I took the name from you.

Very cool design, and career for him. Since there isn't anything like an automated postal service, they have to rely more on couriers. Just make sure you aren't attacked by any bandits on your way to your next destination. XD
